Hybrid Entities
Hybrid Entities services can be deployed for remote management of AudioCodes On-premises devices that may be independently managed in Live Platform by the service provider, channel and customer users. For example, SME SBC devices, Media Packs and SBA devices. Devices can be added to connect calls to public internet or for local PSTN breakout. You add the devices, add the service and in the process attach the relevant devices to the service.

You cannot attach devices to a Hybrid service that are already managing other services such as Direct Routing, Operator Connect or Zoom. |

Teams devices cannot be added to the Hybrid entities service (Teams devices are part of the Direct Routing service only). |
